Exercise Description:
This Missouri Mortuary Operations Response Team (MOMORT) full scale exercise will evaluate the coordination of operations between Disaster Portable Morgue Unit (DPMU) and the Victim Information Center (VIC) during a mass fatality incident that requires collection of data to support identification, notification, and reunification activities. The VIC serves individuals and families who are missing loved ones following a disaster event. Behavioral health and chaplain services assist families through the process.
Prerequisite: Your prior attendance at previous VIC training or training offered on June 9, 2017, unless you are a volunteer actor.
